Undergraduate

Our University has seven major faculties namely: Management, Economics, Engineering, Law, Literature, Science and Arts. There are 21 schools, namely the School of Accounting, School of Business Administration, School of Economy and Trade, School of Information Science, School of Management Engineering, School of Electromechanical Engineering, School of Foreign Languages, Law School, School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, School of Computer Science, School of Science, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Electronics and Communication Engineering, School of Art and Design, School of Aeronautical Engineering, School of Civil Aviation, School of Logistics, Physical Education Department, School of International Education, School of Continuing Education, Ideological and Political Science Department, and one affiliated school, the School of Software Engineering, which offer 74 undergraduate majors and research orientations.

Degrees offered by Faculty

1. Application Qualifications:Applications are open toforeign citizens in good health between 18 and 30 years old who have successfully graduated from high school or with a higher qualification and have a clean criminal record. Applicant’s minimum Chinese proficiency must be New HSK Level 4 (total score minimum 180 points), or have a recognized equivalent Chinese proficiency level. For those who apply for majors with English as the teaching medium, no certificate of Chinese language proficiency is required, but applicants should come from an English-speaking country or with an English proficiency ofIELTS 6.0 or TOEFL with a minimum of 83 (or have a recognized equivalent level of proficiency).

6. HighSchool Diploma (Applicants who are about to graduate may submit a certificate confirming graduation)

7. Academic record of all courses successfully completed at high school

8. HSK Certificate if applicable

9. Physical Medical Examination Record for Foreigners

10. Proof of reliable financial support or a bank deposit certificate

11. A clean criminal record

    a. Applicants should submit scanned copies of the original application materials or notarized materials.

    b. All application materials must be translated into Chinese or English and notarized by a local notary office.

    c. The above-mentioned application materials will not be returned regardless of admission status.

13. Verification and Admission

14. The verification process will only commence when all required material is received (in an acceptable format).If required, ZUA may require applicants to submit additional information.

15. ZUA will select students according to their academic records in senior high school and their overall language proficiency.

17. Admission – Visa Application

18. Successful students must take theForeign Students Admission Notice of ZUA,Foreign Students Visa Application Form, a copy of their physical medical examination report and their valid passport to thenearestChinese Embassy or Consulate and apply for a Chinese visa.

19. Applicants must bring the admission notice, the original foreigner physical medical examination form and the JW202 to register at the School of International Education of ZUA on the date stipulated on your admission notice.

20. When applicants come to register, the University will check the validity of their original application materials. If the original and submitted scanned copies differ the university is entitled to revoke the admission.

    Spring Semester: February to July

    Autumn Semester: September to January

22. Payment

23. Application fee must be paid when applicants submit their application materials into a designated bank account.

24. Apart from the admission fee, the remaining tuition fees to be paid in RMB currency after registration.
